The new millennium brings with it a multitude of challenges and opportunities, especially in the developing world where drugs have developed irreversible resistance in tuberculoses and Malaria. Realizing the high resistance in traditional anti malarial therapy, Helix was the first in Pakistan to give Artemesinin derivatives the thrust required to fight malaria. While the battle against Malaria continues, we will emulate this model and introduce novel compounds to treat other life threatening diseases accessible and affordable by the common people of the developing world.
